Factory Facilities
Engineering Department
Professional R&D team with more than 10 engineers working based on the understanding of Quality and safety, cost effectiveness and environmentally friendly design. The product design is done utilizing latest software to provide first class 3D tool drawing. We are motivated to give technological innovation to the products and pursuing excellence in quality and user friendly design.
QC Department
Our quality control inspector monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped. They also ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the client and Carryon team before being sent to customers.
Production Department
We have air-conditioned production facility with up to 8 production lines in over 5000 s/m space. We have clean room with 2 production lines for products require dust free environment. Total production capacity per month reaches more than 5,000,000 units. We are also pursuing upgrading facility with semi and full automatic machines.
Injection Department
In House Production engineering team for preparing Jigs & line automation, for better & fast production & quality process.
In House Tool setup & Injection with efficient Robotic machines with up to 400T.
Test Room
In addition to being responsible for the quality of the company’s products, the Test Room is one of the most important departments for optimizing our products quality. Testing is mainly about quality control, including the use of materials and product quality control; The analysis is mainly to solve problems – process problems, material selection problems, failure problems, reliability problems, etc.
Laborator
COT have our in-house testing laboratory to support our R&D and Quality Team.
Our equipment could support measurement on temperature, precise dimension, speed/velocity, material analysis, light & colour , noice and electronic etc.
