Company Overview:
From the beginning, Our Team Has Succeeded In Understanding The Needs Of The Customers And Developing Reliable Products To Serve Best Solutions.
Started Audio manufacturing in Hong Kong in middle of 1990’s.
2005 – Established manufacturing base in Dongguan China
2008 – Relocated factory to Shenzhen and started manufacturing home appliance, including kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. with our own R&D and design.
2009 – Started business partnership with several major customers on OEM/ODM bases adding electrical component products.
2011 – CarryOn relocated factory to Dongguan and became sole OEM/ODM manufacturer for the existing customers and also added new major customer in electronics and personal products.
At the same year Our essential business partner FURRION start to cooperate with CarryOn of in-power series to cover both RV and marine branding categories.
2015 – Business grew rapidly with successful development and one of our high-volume items up to few million pieces per annum.
2017 – CarryOn expanded factory size from 5000 Square Meters to 9000 Square Meters, we added a dust-free workshop, plastic injection workshop, Jigs and fixture workshop and a prototype workshop.
This is to upgrade our factory facilities for better production and quality control, which helps to integrate operation for better customer services.
We also added an individual meeting room and a private working area for our OEM clients in order to create a better working environment and privacy to increase efficiency of production process.
2018 – CarryOn invented the first generation of portable air cooler, It is an excellent personal air conditioning device that humidifies and cools air in your home and office for your personal space.
Portable air cooler operates on the concept of evaporation, it consist of a box-like enclosure with handle, which contains a small fan and wet water-soaked filter. The fan takes in warm air and propels it to the wet filter where the air temperature lowers significantly by up to 10 degrees and it is over 5 times smaller in size comparing to the existing air cooler in the market.
By our great effort, Portable air cooler began to be built to meet consumers’ demand. CarryOn sales volume of 5 million in this year and achieved top 10 Best-selling product in global (Up to 26 countries Japan, Europe, US ).
2019- One of our most valuable customer SHOP JAPAN started to cooperate with CarryOn and became one of our main strategic partners- as our OEM partner for air cooler and heater. SHOP JAPAN reached an annual sales volume of 500k units. They evolve one generation of air cooler by each year and they brought a significant mass increase in sales.
2021- CarryOn expanded OEM category’s on beauty project and deluxe sex toy project.
Until the year of 2023, our portable air cooler has evolved into the 5th Generation. This is a fabulous achievement in our invention of both portable air coolers and heaters.
